My little sister is 10, we live in small neighborhood in Upland California. Our house is flat meaning one story. So Sunday I was watching her. I went and got my hunting license yesterday and all I was given was a receipt looking paper (I purchased the upland bird validation). It says upland bird validation on the receipt license thing.
