Grieving friends of slain hair stylist Cindy Tran are held a vigil Friday evening near the salon where she worked in the Glen Cove shopping center in Vallejo. Authorities said Tran, 46, left Devyn's Salon and Spa with her boyfriend, Efren Valdemoro, on Tuesday night. She was later reported kidnapped.
